We'll be at the shop at 6am on Saturday 23rd September to start cooking the locally reared, free range pork so that it gets the full 10hrs before the first bikes start to arrive for our bike night. Home made organic apple sauce and a keg of locally brewed ale will be available to accompany this succulent pork! Not only will there be great food and drink, we'll also be firing up the resident Merlin Engine! Yep, all 27 litres and 1800 horse power. It should be a hoot :)
