The Karl Devil AAA is the latest evolution of Pando Moto’s best-selling riding jeans, engineered to deliver serious protection without compromising comfort or everyday wearability. Built from 12oz CORDURA® super-stretch denim, these jeans are cut to a slim fit and reinforced where it matters most.

Unlike earlier versions, the Karl Devil AAA uses BALISTEX® lining in high-risk abrasion and impact zones. This advanced protective material is exceptionally strong—up to 15 times stronger than steel by weight—while remaining lightweight and breathable. Integrated with COOLMAX® technology, it helps manage heat and moisture, making these jeans well suited to warmer riding conditions.

Double-layered and double-stitched throughout, with added stretch panels behind the knees, the Karl Devil AAA is designed to move with you on and off the bike. Fully CE approved to the highest AAA performance level, they offer protection you can rely on, without shouting about it.

Knee and hip protection is included as standard, housed in discreet, adjustable pockets to maintain a clean, low-profile silhouette while riding.

RETURNS

• We accept returns within 28 days from the date of receipt for an exchange or refund of the cost of the item
• Unfortunately we cannot exchange or refund returns if you exceed the 30 day limit
• Only the cost of the item will be refunded and not the original cost of postage

• Unfortunately all of our helmets are NONREFUNDABLE once dispatched
• We can NOT accept returns on any of our helmets unless they have a manufacturers fault
• Please Contact Us by phone or email prior to returning any items
• The buyer will be responsible for the cost of returning any goods
• Exchanges may take up to 14 working days depending on availability
• The buyer will be charged £4.50 for re-shipping
• If the item is damaged or we sent the wrong item to you, we will refund the delivery cost
• Idle Torque must be notified within three days of the date of receipt if the items are damaged or have a manufacturing defect
• Notification after 3 days may result in the manufacturers warranty being invalid
